We furnish free handcrafted wooden displays and signage to help turn your inventory. You may swap out slower sellers for credit when you order restock. Just contact us beforehand to receive a special discount code. We will periodically extend exclusive discounts and limited run product offers to our existing retail partners. We also provide a free sample upon request. Orders Minimum 1st Order: $350 • Minimum Restock Order: $200 • Free Domestic Shipping on Orders over $600 Turn Around Any order should be sent out within 14 days of receipt. If we are temporarily out of stock of an item we will call or email to inform you within 7 days of receipt of order. Payment Options and Terms On site orders can be paid via credit card or PayPal. |
Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority. International orders are shipped using UPS or your preferred shipping company if possible. All packages are sent insured. While Upcycled is not responsible or liable for damages incurred from a particular shipping company. We are happy to provide any information needed for you to make a claim. Retailers can also arrange to pick up product, in lieu of shipping.
Warranty
At Upcycled we stand behind the quality of our Up Line products. Should the need arise we will replace or credit any product with a manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of receipt and returned within 21 days. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Upcycled. We will replace or credit any wallet your customers return due to defect.
